Sarah Kay is a recurring character during the first season of The Fall. She's a solicitor and the third known victim of "Peter" aka Paul Spector and the first victim killed on screen. She's portrayed by the Northern-Irish actress Laura Donnelly.

Sarah Kay was a lawyer and an independent woman.
Personality[]
Not much is shown about Sarah. She is an independent girl tied to the family, especially her sister Marion and her niece. Sarah Kay enjoyed her life and liked to hang out with friends and colleagues after work.
Physical Appearance[]
Like the other victims of Spector, is a light-skinned brunette with a lean and attractive body.
Throughout The Fall serie[]
Season One[]
In the first episode the series, Paul Spector breaks into her house and steals some of her underwear and leaves some laid out on her bed. When she comes home to see that someone broke into her home, she calls the police right way. She decides to not let the authorities pursue the case. By the end of the episode Paul Spector is strangling her while police are outside her home.
An autopsy later showed that Sarah was a few weeks pregnant and that she likely did not know this before she died.
